The house dates from 1895 and is in the Neo-Norman style. Original photos show that in the 1947 works, the lake side façade of the villa was aesthetically modified, the half-timbering disappeared and the original tower was demolished. The entire villa and its two annexes will be renovated and the old tower of the villa will be rebuilt to its original state. The whole ensemble is classified in the inventory according to the notice of the Service des Monuments et Sites (SMS).
