Project for a villa in Perroy

This house project embodies the essence of contemporary sobriety and harmony with its surroundings. The uncluttered concrete and wood façade gives the house a timeless elegance, accentuated by clean lines and noble materials. The privileged orientation towards the lake maximises the connection with nature, offering panoramic views from the living spaces, while subtly integrating the building into the landscape.

The flow of traffic is fluid, from the entrance to the light-filled interior spaces, right through to the outdoor area, which opens out generously onto the garden and the shore.
