Energy renovation of a residential building in Geneva

This project is part of an ambitious energy renovation program aimed at extending the life of a residential building while significantly improving its comfort and energy performance. The work focuses on several key areas: replacing the heating system, modernizing the horizontal and vertical distribution systems, and installing solar thermal and photovoltaic panels to promote the building's energy independence.

At the same time, the ten apartments have been completely renovated, along with a careful refurbishment of the common areas.

The project also includes bringing the facilities into compliance with fire safety standards.
