The renovation and transformation of this Vaudois heritage building in Saint-Prex is an exemplary project for preserving and enhancing a unique architectural heritage. The building, with its rich history and integration into the landscape, has been redesigned to reconcile tradition and modernity while respecting its original essence. The façade, characterised by its elegant arches and natural colours, has been carefully restored to retain its historic charm while adding subtle contemporary touches. Inside, the spaces have been designed with particular attention to authentic materials, such as the shutters and terracotta floors, which create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The large windows allow natural light to flood into the rooms, highlighting the textures and nuances of the materials.
