This housing project combines comfort, safety and sustainability solutions to meet residents' expectations, while respecting the budgetary constraints of low-cost housing. By focusing on intelligent densification, the redevelopment of traffic areas and the eco-neighbourhood concept, this study proposes a living environment where quality of life, respect for the environment and affordability coexist harmoniously. The visuals show a balance between welcoming interiors and convivial outdoor spaces, highlighting an integrated architectural approach.
